Privacy Policy - Prestige
PRESTIGE — PRIVACY POLICYLast updated: June 6, 2026Prestige ("Prestige," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent health and
fitness app operated by a sole-proprietor developer. This Privacy Policy
explains what information the app collects, how we use it, who we share it
with, and the choices you have. By using Prestige, you agree to this policy.Questions? Contact us any time at [email protected].1. INFORMATION WE COLLECTa) Account information
We collect your email address and password to create and secure your account
and sign you in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider
(Supabase) and stored in hashed form — we never see your plain-text password.b) Profile and assessment data you enter
Information you provide during onboarding and while using the app, such as your
sex, age, height, bodyweight, training focus, exercises, and lifts. We use this
to calculate and display your scores.c) Health and fitness data (only with your permission)
If you connect Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), Prestige reads
the following data — read-only — solely to calculate your scores:
• Steps
• Active energy burned (calories)
• Sleep analysis
• Heart rate and resting heart rate
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• VO2 max
• Workouts
• Nutrition data written by other apps — calories consumed, protein,
carbohydrates, and fat
This access is optional. You grant it through the system Health permission
screen, and you can revoke it at any time in your device's Health settings.
Prestige never writes data to Apple Health or Health Connect.d) Subscription and purchase data
When you start a subscription or redeem a promo code, we and our subscription
partner (RevenueCat) receive your subscription status and purchase history so
we can unlock and maintain your access. Payments are processed by Apple through
the App Store — we never receive or store your credit-card or payment details.e) Usage and diagnostic data
We use a product-analytics service (PostHog) to understand how the app is used
and to fix problems. This includes screen views, feature interactions, app
open/close events, crash and error reports, and basic device information (such
as device model and operating-system version). Prestige does NOT collect
advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), does not track you across other
companies' apps or websites, and does not show ads.2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONWe use the information above to:
• Create and secure your account and sign you in;
• Calculate, display, and track your scores and progress over time;
• Provide, maintain, and unlock subscription features;
• Diagnose problems, improve the app, and develop new features;
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests.We do not use your health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not
sell it.3. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED AND SHAREDYour account and score data are stored with Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web

for them to perform their function:

• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — App Store and in-app purchases (iOS); Apple Health is the source of
any health data you choose to share

information if required by law.4. HEALTH DATA — OUR SPECIFIC COMMITMENTSHealth and fitness data you share with Prestige is used only to provide the
app's scoring and progress features. We will never:
• Use your health data for advertising or marketing;

above that are necessary to run the app, or as required by law.
This is consistent with Apple's HealthKit and Google's Health Connect
requirements.5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETIONYou can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the
Settings tab within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You may also
email [email protected] to request deletion. Some limited records may be
retained where required by law or by our providers (for example, Apple's record
of a purchase), but your profile, health, and score data are removed on account
deletion.6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICESDepending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or
delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict
certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app (edit
